Question: headache muscle aches and joint pain stomache pain stiff neck tired bloated itching all over body and hot
this has been going on for about a month all my muscles ach and hurt joint pain bad head ache could it be lyme diease

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

You probably are right, it could be Lyme disease, however an important symptom of this disease is rash.

It is transmitted mainly by deer ticks bites.

You should be tested for Lyme and the blood test modalities include ELISA, Western blo, or Polimerase chain reaction for Lyme.

If Lyme isn't confirmed by one of these tests, then other causes of your symptoms should be assessed such viral infections ( Varicella-Zoster), sarcoidosis, rubella, lupus erithematous etc.

You should discuss with your primary care Doctor above mentioned possibilities.
