Brief Answer:
bHCG advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, I would like to advice you to have a bHCG test and then discuss the reports with me.
It can be a very early intrauterine pregnancy which was not seen on ultrasound or it can a tubal ectopic pregnancy which needs early intervention.
Take care.
