Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
You seem to have developed a superficial skin ulcer.
I would like to have a look at the exact skin condition.
Please click some close up pictures of the affected area and upload them here on this page .
Also please tell if there is any associated pain or itching or discomfort.
Did you develop the ulcer after any trauma?

I am sure I will be able to help you better once you provide me the pictures along with the above details.

Traumatic ulcer,needs care

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Basically you have developed a traumatic skin ulcer .
In the picture, the lesion surely looks slightly infected to me.
Keep the affected area clean and dry.
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesion twice daily.
You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the ulcer still tends to persist or increase.
Take some oral anti inflammatory agent like ibuprofen or paracetamol along to bring down the associated inflammatory reaction.

Need for antibiotics

Hi again

A short course of azithromycin would be helpful in your case.
