Brief Answer:
Looks like UTI and its systemic manifestation...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I understand your concern.
I am Dr. Arun Tank, infectious diseases specialist, answering your query.

In my opinion it is Urinary Tract Infection secondary to urinary stones.

The fever, diarrhoea, vomiting is all the systematic manifestation of the UTI.

You can start tab. norfloxacin, aceclofenac and paracetamol, pantoprazole under your doctors guidance until the culture report won't come out.

I advice you to undergo urine for routine, microscopic examination, culture and sensitivity.

Once the report will be in hand, we can judge the bacteria and so its treatments.

Maintaining hydration till that time is critical important. Please give him ORS as and when required.

I will be happy to answer your further concern, you can ask me on bit.ly/DrArun.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
It is advised to visit the nearby hospital immediately..

Detailed Answer:

In my opinion you should immediately visit the near by hospital and start the therapy for your son.

If it is not possible to visit the nearby hospital immediately, you can start the drugs I mentioned in the previous answer under nearby Doctors guidance. you can continue this treatment untill you visit the hospital, but under your doctors guidance.

ORS is Oral Re hydration Therapy. Its constituents are dextrose, and essentials salts such as sodium, pottasium, chloride etc. It maintains optimum fluids in the body in event of diarrhea and vomiting. It is available as a powder form in XXXXXXX as well as in ready made liquid form. In case of powder form you have to add a XXXXXXX into the one liter of water. Patient can take as much ORS as he can take. There is no harm in taking ORS in more quantity.

I will be happy to answer your further concern, you can ask me here or you can ask me on bit.ly/DrArun.
Thank you.
