Question: I'm 41 female with following symptons
Very sore neck where it means skull
Shoulder pain
Headache
Metallic taste in mouth
Over salivating
Lump in throat & hard to swallow
Dizzy
Nauseous
Eyes sensitive
Hot
Face flushed

Welcome to HCM: Good day, Please note that I worry that these obscure symptoms are actually a heart issue. Do you have Acid reflux, do you burp/belch a lot? Also note that if you have a family history of heart disease and you have high cholesterol or are obese, I worry this is a heart condition that needs some lab work/troponins and EKG to be done. Please note that this may just be Acid reflux, but we have to rule out a heart attack as the condition of your symptoms, remember that many women present in very atypical ways when they have heart disease.

I have no acid reflux, never burp and ideal weight (5ft 6inches) and (9 stone). I was worried in was spinal leak or meningitis but you think it could be heart?
