Brief Answer:
Seems to be genital herpes infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Your symptoms are not due to yeast infection or thrush.
You have severe balanoposthitis (inflammation of glans penis and foreskin) possibly due to Genital herpes infection. You had not mentioned anything about your sexual activities.
Consult a Dermato-venereologist or a genitourinary physician or an infectious disease specialist and get well soon. He/she will examine and with investigations will confirm the diagnosis and plan the treatment accordingly. You need to rule out other STDs and HIV with appropriate tests after aproproate time.

STDs are more than 25 in number. You had not mentioned anything what were the tests you had undergone. Whether you and your partner had any other exposures prior to this partnership. If so, when?

Brief Answer:
Frequent wash will help you

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
It is a self limiting disease. You keep on washing with warm saline (salt solution)frequently. I hope you will be alright before seeing your physician. If you have problem, you can meet an ER doctor.
