What Causes Small Red Spots On Chest, Arms And Face?

default
Posted on Wed, 23 Sep 2015
Question: I have the tiny red spots on my chest arms and face. I noticed this as a symptom for cirosis only recently and then noticed that I have a ton of line patterns pretty much covering my entire hands, arms, even the chest area makes it and what I thought was wrinkles developing is not. I had a cbc, basic metabolic tests and liver enzymes w/ a protein serum test come back normal. I had an ultra sound to rule out my gallbladder so they check the liver size...etc.. I feel so fatigued, cognitively drained, and only way to describe my body is I feel like I have an IV which just leaked sensation which makes me go numb and feel burning type sensation at night in my arms, legs, chest. Do I sound like I need further tests? I was on a ton of meds that could cause liver damage due to chronic health issues, trigeminal neuralgia and chronic migranes so a lot of Tylenol 3 regularly..etc.. What does early detection mean? CT from car accident showed 5m lesion liver and said possible portal shunt or nothing as they are common. I told dr. about this and why he did blood tests. I have IBS so been waxing w/ direahea and constipation and stomach discomfort in mid right under rib cage where I guess your liver would be for months but that is common for me.

Brief Answer:
I'm waiting for the requested to be uploaded!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Before giving my opinion I would like to check by myself all your test results and examinations (including CBC, liver enzymes, abdominal ultrasound and CT scan). After viewing all these data I would be able to suggest further examinations (if needed).

Can you please, upload the requested data for me?

Moreover, can you upload a photo of the red spots so I can check them by my self?

With early detection we mean that the disease to be detected in an early phase when the treatment and prevention of major complication is possible.

I'm waiting for the requested data to be uploaded!
Meanwhile, wish you health!

I don't have a copy of the ultrasound nor liver enzyme blood test. It was done in an e/r room to r/o gallbladder so ultrasound was done to look at gallbladder and liver back in May.

I went in XXXXXXX for another cbc, metabolic panel and protein serum. He sent me report but can't find that and that was negative. I just confirm that today.

I will upload c/t..It is from March when I had car accident. That did show a 5m hypervascular lesion in the rt. lobe which may represent arterial portal shunt. They said common on c/t scan but after I had tummy trouble, why we did XXXXXXX tests...

I will also upload photos of redspots...

Brief Answer:
Do you have done activated partial prothrombine time?

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

It's important to know if you have done activated partial prothrombine time which is an important analysis to evaluate liver function.

Meantime, I'm waiting for the test to be uploaded.

Wish you health!
