What Causes Small Pimples On Face Of An Infant?
Question: There are small pimples on my baby's face and forehead. She is newly born 4 weeks old. Please find the attached image.

The rash over the face and forehead is milia. It occurs due to excessive oil over the forehead.
I would suggest you the following
1. Daily oil massage : Massage with equal mixture of olive oil, coconut oil and almond oil .
2. Daily hot water bath : It is important to remove the oil residue completely using Himalaya baby bath
3. Dry the face with soft cloth
4. Apply Himalaya baby prickly heat powder

Thanks for the reply.
We are already giving daily hot water bath to the baby with Teddybar soap as recommended by the Dr.
Dr. has adviced not to give massage to the baby since she is just 1 month old and winters are going on.
Also, we are using oil heater in her room to maintain the temperature because last week when we visited the Dr, according to him she was exposed to cold. So now I see sweating on her forehead and cheek.
