Question: Hi actually i m in a age of 30 wit a 4 yr old son my periods are normal n regular...during last 5 months i hav noticed a small knot appears in my right armpit n vanish as soon as my periods are over ....plz suggest..i hav fed my baby for proper time ....n gor how long would this appear if due hormonal change ...plz suggest sir..

The appearance of a small knot or lump in the armpit during the periods which disappears after the periods are finished is likely to be due to axillary breast tissue. It sometimes get hypertrophied under the influence of cyclic hormonal changes during the periods and causes such a swelling.
This is a physiological phenomenon. If there is no pain or hardness associated with the knot then there is no need to worry.
In case the knot is persistent or painful or red or is attached to the deeper structures then a direct examination and other investigations are needed to find out the cause.
