Brief Answer: Should consult dermatologist as soon as possible.. Detailed Answer: Hi, I have gone through the reports you uploaded and I highly suggest to consult a dermatologist as soon as possible. Further investigations are needed for final diagnosis: - culture of swabbing - biopsy - blood work - STDs tests Depending on the test results, specific treatment will be prescribed. Although it seems scary, it is not that worrisome. However, further investigations and dermatologist consultation should be run as soon as possible. Until the tests, I advise to: - get your genitalia well cleaned, do not use soaps; instead, can use neutral pH cleanser - avoid having sex until improvement - if you have only one partner, get examined and treated as well Hope it helped! Let me know if you have further queries! Dr.Albana

Brief Answer: Following suggestions.... Detailed Answer: Hi back, Thank you for following up. Please let me know if: - you are also having discharge from penis or ulcer - are you having similar lesions in other parts of your body (mouth)? - have you experienced any recent weight loss? It is true that biopsy is done to exclude neoplastic changes, however, it will give more details on changes of the current painless lesion lasting for long time (up to 8 months). With regards to STDs, the painless lesion under your penis head, Syphilis and Herpetic infections should be ruled out first. If negative, balanitis and autoimmune diseases are to be considered. I encourage to consult a dermatologist and to run further diagnostic tests to determine the right cause. Monitoring your blood sugar and blood pressure is also advised. Thank you! Dr.Albana
