What Causes Skin Irritation With A Dark Scab On The Penis Post Intercourse?
Question: I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend, once i place it in i felt a light burn on my penis, the first day, the second day the burning feeling wasnt there but the skin was irritated with a dark scab i left for vacation for two weeks and all of a sudden this happened i havent been to the doctor yet. I need help ASAP.

I have gone through your query and picture. Syphilitic chancre can give such picture. If possible better to go for darkfield microscopy of lesion after consulting a dermatologist. If that is not possible then I would suggest 1 week of Doxycycline antibiotic therapy or a shot of penicillin. Doxycycline is a prescription antibiotic. It will cover other bacterial STDs also.
