Brief Answer:
Follow the Advises as below..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome to HCM..

I've gone through your query and understand your concern for your mother..

Now from those symptoms described by you, there can be few possibilities including an element of Parkinsonism and/ Essential tremor and/ some electrolyte imbalance(most notably Sodium, Calcium and Magnesium) and/ long-term side effects of anti-epileptic medications(as suspected here by your doctor) and/ age related changes(considering her age)..

Since Nexito and Betacap-TR is already advised by your Doctor after examining her, i'd advice you to start them and keep her under strict observation as the effects are not immediate and it'll take at least 7-10 days to show any signs of progress..

In the meanwhile, you should schedule an appointment with a Neurologist for a detailed clinical examination and relevant investigations (a complete metabolic work-up including CBC, Electrolytes, LFT, KFT, RBS, PPBS, Thyroid profile and/ MRI-Brain) to rule out any element of parkinsonism and/ autonomic neuropathy (considering the bowel-bladder involvement)..

Keep her under strict observation for any further worsening of the current symptoms too..

I've tried to make it as simple as possible for your understanding..

Please feel free to ask if your having any further doubts, i'll be glad to clarify..

Wish your mother a very best health and recovery..
Take Care
Kind Regards
