Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX XXXXXXX
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient with this medical history,I would have advised you to please upload a video of your hand shivering/writer's cramp while writing,so that I may get an exact idea of what are you going through.
Also, writer's cramp is characteristically identified by handwriting. So,please upload a sample of your handwriting here, which will help identifying the etiology.

The kind of cramps and shivering you are mentioning is unlikely to occur as a result of cervical or lumbar spondylosis. On the same lines, intracranial pathology is to be considered only after a primary pathology like writer's cramp/writing dystonia is ruled out.At this point, brain and spine pathology are the unlikely causes for the same.

If it is writer's cramp, some of the anti-dystonia drugs and botulinum toxin injections may be of help.

Your sinus related problems, not at all, appear to be of neurological origin. You appear to be unnecessary horrified. Please be reassured. Its nothing serious. Please visit an ENT specialist and get treated for your sinusitis.Don't worry, its as simple as that.

Please follow-up after uploading a video of your hand shivering/cramp and a sample of your handwriting.

Waiting for your follow-up.
