Brief Answer:
Not possible to name a diagnosis with these multiple symptoms / pathologies

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. I am afraid these all are big diseases on their own and can be due to multiple etiologies. For example septicemia is a multi organ involving infection spreading via blood in whole body. It can cause seizure, low platelets, renal failure and pneumonia as well as respiratory failure. Heparin induced thrombocytopenia should be correlated for use of heparin in first place. Bleeding disorder tendencies can present with some of these features.

Nutshell, there is no doctor, no medical book that can give you one single name of the etiology for all these, as there are multiple and all these are big gigantic pathologies on their own. It could be infectious, malignant, hematologic, autoimmune, any thing.

It would have been better if you could provide the history of the patient , how it started, from A to z and then doctors can have a better view what led to what.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
