Question: Hello Doctor. My temp is 101.4. I feel terrible. I have astrong pain in my lower gut.
Just above the pubic hair line. My eye are stinging and im hot to the t

Take paracetamol to bring down the temperature. Get urine tested.

I have gone through the query and understand your concerns. You could be suffering from either a food poisoning (in that case there would be vomiting and/or loose motion associated) or urinary tract infection. The pain in the lower abdomen could be due to either or these and you should get your urine tested (routine microscopy and culture sensitivity). As of now take paracetamol or acetaminophen to bring down the temperature. Also use tepid sponging.

Drink plenty of water and fluids. Take some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily for the next few days. Wash your eyes frequently with plain water. If the problems persist it might be a good idea to see a doctor.

Let me know the reports after getting the urine tested.
