Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. To help you better please tell me-
1. Is there any swelling at multiple joints with redness?
2. What makes the pain worse/better?
Going by the symptoms it is polyarthritis (multiple joint pain) and the cause could be rheumatoid arthritis/Gout. This needs clinical examination and blood work like serum RA factor, serum uric acid and complete blood count with ESR will help.
Meanwhile you may take Ibuprofen to relieve pain.
Looking forward to your reply.
Take care

there is no swelling or redness. this just started after a trip to our pain management dr in fort XXXXXXX ar. an hr drive to and back.
the pain never stops, its a severe dull ache.
i thought it might of been from the patch being changed from 75 too 100. allergic reaction. but i dont think now thats it because i took the patch off yesterday just to see. even with it on it still was pain severe dull ache type.
thank you XXXXXXX

Hi
You are welcome and it’s good to see you.
After going through your reply and short history of suffering, it needs physical examination beside blood test as discussed earlier to reach any diagnosis.
It could be because of stress induced by driving?
To relieve of pain, you may have tablet. Aleve (naproxen) for few days. Please do not lose hope. I know you will get over it.
If possible, you may send the picture of joints leading to pain
God bless you.
Take care
