Brief Answer:
For how long has this been happening?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this multiple pain. while it could be fibromyalgia, the symptoms need to have persisted for at least three months with no other findings suggestive of another disease condition. Associated to this are often symptoms of fatigue and difficulties concentrating.

In all, if these symptoms have persisted beyond three months and there are no other diagnostic possibilities, I will suggest that your doctor strongly considers fibromyalgia.

I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.

About four months and it hurts so much. I had numbness and pain all over

I had all physical test done and i'm in good health. I had a mri and mra of my brain and that was normal. Idk what i can possibly do now to find out what's going on. i was dignoised with a anixety and panic disorder, is it possible my symptoms might be coming from that? i had numbness on my toes all the way to my lips and fingers

Brief Answer:
I will lean more towards fibromyalgia for now!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Given the duration and no other worrisome laboratory findings, I will suggest that we go ahead and consider this fibromyalgia. Treatment should be commenced and if you fail to improve, it may offer more information as to say this is not fibromyalgia. Th numbness seem unlikely to be related to this. However, persons with anxiety and panic attacks are more likely to have fibromyalgia and offers more group for this to be considered and managed appropriately.

Keep me posted and updated about this.
