Brief Answer:
Chances of lymphoma are less likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Symptoms of lymphoma are persistent fatigue, fever, night sweat, unexplained weigh loss, enlarged lymph nodes, loss of appetite etc.

Diagnostic test for lymphoma is biopsy of lymph node or affected tissue.
Other common test done in lymphoma includes complete blood count, ESR, LDH, liver and kidney function test, Ct scan etc.

Your wife has night sweat and weakness. It can be due to anemia, tuberculosis, vitamin deficiency or other problems.

Chances of lymphoma are low.

Please send me her all test reports so that I can help you further.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
