When all the product of conception is expel out than bleeding stop so it is normal ,if bleeding continue it means that some product remain inside so don't worry.

Do mifepristone alone start bleeding before taking misopristol.is it natural to be less bleeding after misopristol or sign of incomplete process

Brief Answer:
Ultrasound scan can confirm if the abortion is complete.

Detailed Answer:
The bleeding can start after mifepristone also but taking misoprostol helps in complete expulsion of the products of conception. The decreased bleeding is due to expulsion of white clots that were the products of conception. Now you can have an irregular bleeding for next few days. To confirm that the abortion is complete you need to have an ultrasound scan after 4-5 days. There are no specific signs of incomplete or complete abortion.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
You need medical treatment to stop excessive bleeding.

Detailed Answer:
The heavy bleeding can be the effect of mifepristone itself. Such irregular heavy bleeding for 3-4 weeks is a common side effect. Do get an ultrasound scan done and get hormonal tablets prescribed to control the bleeding.
