What Causes Severe Low Back Pain And Discharge Of White Clumps From Vagina?
Question: I'm 25 female.durin intercourse I'm getting pain and burning sensation on labia minora .after intercourse I'm getting burning sensation during urination lasts for 1to 2 hrs.but for labia minora pain decreases gradualy for a day. I'm also getting gas problem after sex sensation of excreation.

Pain during sex and burning urination is quite common. You are having some genital or urinary tract infection. Also you are having indigestion problems.
I would suggest you the following-
Get an urine analysis and culture sensitivity done.
Avoid sex for a week, use lubrication thereafter.
Maintain genital cleanliness.
You can take tab ibuprofen or mefenemic acid for the pain you have mentioned.
Also you can take urine alkaliniser syrup and tab levofloxacin 500 twice daily for 5 days for the infection.
Take pantoprazole 40 once daily for 15 days.
Consult your doctor for prescription of the above.

When we tried adjusting the angle it was fine. 4Days ago I hv experienced severe low back pain for 2 days and very very small clumps of white discharge. This type of discharge I have seen3months back when they got attached to my husbands penis. I too have itching under clitoris cervical area white powdery thing. I thiught it was fungus and used lobate ointment. It decresed for some days and again continued. Is this genital infec or urinal? Is it contagious? I have nt had sex for last 20 days except yesterday and today. My period was on 8 april 6 days earlier that nver happend before. I have pcod but my periods got regularised after marriage. Thats for 11 months by now.thnk u
