What Causes Severe Dizziness And Painful Stiff Neck?
Question: I keep having this feeling that my head gets dizzy. Not spinning, just a sensation of dizziness and that my head becomes heavy or light. I had anxiety attacks 5 months ago and one of the symptoms was severe dizziness. When my attacks went away, it took 2 months for the dizziness to go away completely. I was fine for 2 months. And now, my head is causing me trouble again. It suddenly feels heavy or suddenly feels light. Like a change in its pressure/its weight.. Also, the panic attacks i used to have caused me neck issues, my neck is always stiff and sometimes so painful that i cant sleep at night. I don't know what to do for my head though and that dizziness/heavy head feeling. I had blood tests and showed everything ok, I saw an ENT n said my ears are fine, and a neurologist did a neurological examination and said i look ok. So what it can be? And what can i do? It is something that depresses me.

Neck pain , feeling of imbalance and pain in the neck in lying down position are some of the common symptoms of cervicogenic vertigo.
