Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Dizziness with vomiting if episodic can be due to benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
If the symptoms are persistent, then possibility of vestibular neuronitis should be kept.
If CT head is normal and clinical examination is normal, then possibility of stroke is unlikely.
You can take cinnarizine or betahistine for relief.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
