Thirsty than normal
Nausea and vomiting
Bloated
T3s takes the edge off

Brief Answer:
You need to be systematically evaluated and managed

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone very carefully through your query. The normal CBC could indicate that you have recovered from the UTI so one of the problems is taken care of.

The back pain is likely to be related to lumbar spondylosis. You need to get an X ray of lumbosacral spine - AP and lateral done. Based on the findings further investigation or intervention can be planned.

The increased thirst could indicate sodium depletion. Taking ORS (oral rehydration solution) should help.

I would insist you to get a full thyroid profile done and to share the report using the facility on the upper right of this page. It might answer for the rest of your problems.

Regards
