Brief Answer:
Anxiety related symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The lower back pain that you have can be posture related or due to standing for long hours. The feeling of moving heart and chest and hearing noises from stomach can be due to peristalsis. It is seen due to gas and indigestion associated with gastritis.
The palpitation of eyelid is likely to be twitching caused by anxiety, stress, decreased fluid intake or methylcobalamin deficiency. None of symptoms are likely to be related to any serious disorder. Do consult a physician for proper evaluation and prescription medicines needed.
I hope this answers your query.

Hi , Yes Ive went to a doctor yesterday for a check up and everything . He talked to me about swallowing air during my sleep , so Im releasing the air . The thing is , for some reason Im not quite sure that is the reason . Sometimes I get chest pain on my right , and my throat is a little sore sometimes, still burping constantly and I get very uncomfortable when I can't burp , sometime I feel my heart rushing for like 3 secs.Still feeling the lower back pain across my waist , it was worst though . Doctor said I'm fine but i'm really worried about how it came out of no where . Could you explain to me how these symptoms work .

Brief Answer:
Can be anxiety related.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Swallowing excessive air and anxiety will cause burping. If you are not able to release the air then it will cause a pressure in the chest.
The back pain across the waist can be due to a muscular fatigue. It can be relieved with rest, hot compress and oral muscle relaxants.
It is best to reduce your caffeine intake and do a relaxation exercise like deep breathing to help decrease your anxiety.
Hope my answer is helpful.
