Question: I am under a lot of stress and at one time I was on adder all 30 mg three times day. I need to get back on it due to my jumbled thoughts

I have been diagnosed with ADHD. I'm a nurse also. I'm working two job raising disabled son my husband passed away 2013 I am on Prozac for depression. Can I please order me the adders even for a short time please.I have been diagnosed with ADHD years ago I took mysel off thinking I had everything under control I am asking you to please put me back on it for 3 months to see if adderall 30 mg rid will help me with all y jumbled thoughts and especially this time of year please.
