Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. You appear to be having vertigo.
2. If rest is not helpful, then further evaluation will be necessary. Check for blood pressure and sugar levels. If normal, then vestibular examination by an ear specialist will be necessary.
3. For present management, prochlorperazine or stemetil be helpful. You can take prescription from your doctor.

Avoid any movement, until you are sure, that you are completely stabilized.

Have good hydration. Do take good rest.
