Brief Answer:
Cinnarizine will be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
As advised by your doctor, Cinnarizine 25 mg thrice daily will help in ccontrolling your vertigo. When the symptoms improve, it can be gradually reduced to twice daily and then taken as and when required.
If the symptoms do not improve, I would advise you to take Betahistine 48 mg once a day for few weeks. During acute symptoms, prochlorperazine 5 mg can be taken along with it for added benefits.
Before starting any medicine, discuss it with your treating doctor.
An ENT evaluation along with an Orthopaedic examination will help in planning your further medical management.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
