What Causes Scanty Menstrual Bleeding While Treating PCOS?
Question: Hi, my name is priya and i am 28 yrs old. I have PCOS problem for the past two years and i am under medication. I did hystero laproscopy in October 2015. For the past two months i got my periods correctly. My last LMP date is 14th dec 2015. This month on the 25th day of LMP i spotted some brown colour spots which lasted till yesterday and now i get a red colour spotings but only a very small amount. I did the pregnancy test thru blood and it came negative. I have not yet got my regular periods. Is this a concern.

I took Glycomet 500mg 3times daily for the last 2 years, now(for the past 3 months) i am taking Gloycomet SR 850mg twice daily along with ovisterone once daily, clomipure 100 once in night from day 3 to 7 of my LMP, Progynova 2 mg once in night from day 8 - 13 and duphaston twice from dat 14-23. i am undergoing this treatment for the past three months. I am married for four years and i am trying to conceive for the last 2 years with no results. My height is 5.4' and weight 62kg..I did hysterolaproscopy along with DNC, doctor said everything is normal. My husbands sperm count is also normal.
My concern is that after laprosocpy my periods is regular and this month alone i am facing these problem of spotting before my regular period due date. From 8th day of my LMP i had intercourse every alternate dates till my 18th day. Today is my 29th day and still i am find some spoting but not received my regular period. Is there any chances of pregnancy
