Question: I have a very salty taste in my mouth....I have noticed this since I have taken a round of steroids for a sinus infection. what else should I do?

The good news is the taste wanes off after discontinuing the steroids/once the sinus infection is completely treated. Till then it is better to suck on lemon or popsicles of your choice. Alternatively you can opt for hot ginger tea which works on sinuses as well.
