Brief Answer:
it's a common cold probably

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

it sounds like a case of common cold. There is no specific treatment for common colds. Only symptomatic treatment can be tried. If the nasal symptoms are too annoying you can try decongestants and antihistamines. The decongestants will take care of the congestion (and will let more air pass through the nostrils) and the antihistamine will reduce the discharge. Paracetamol may help with the rest of the symptoms like throat discomfort and headache. Rinsing the nostrils with normal saline two or three times per day may also help.

If you develop fever or severe constant headache then medical attention would be required to identify potential complications like sinusitis.

I hope it helps!
Kind Regards!
