Question: Right upper quadrant pain ( Lape chole in 2000) sense of extreme fullness on the side radiates around to back, intermittent nausea no vomiting.

After reading your post, I would suggest some investigations like :-
1. Ultrasound of upper abdomen.
2. Liver Function Test ( LFT ).
I would advise that in addition to Zantac that you are taking, you should take Domperidone 30mg once a day for relief from your symptoms.
Further medical management can be planned according to the reports of the above mentioned investigations.
