Brief Answer:
pain likely to be due to acidity

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear XXXX

First and foremost let me reassure you, there is no significant abnormality on scan report.
The prostate size increases with age. At the age of 50 years ,grade 1 enlargement is normal. In the absence of obstructive urinary symptoms and normal post void residual urine there is no cause for concern.

If the pain in stomach is situated in right upper abdomen then acid peptic disease could be likely cause of symptoms. Fatty Liver is commonly seen in individual consuming alcohol and fat diet It would be helpful if you could provide me with the following additional information for me to be able to assist you

1. Where is exact location of pain and duration of time since the pain is present
2. Do you consume alcohol?
3. Do you have Hypertension or Diabetis?
4. Any previous history of similar pain?

Awaiting your response

Take care

Brief Answer:
Likely to be acid peptic disease

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

Going by your description the likely cause of pain is to be acid peptic disease. I would suggest you the following
1. Ensure intake of meals at appropriate time
2. Do not skip meals
3. Avoid carbonated / caffeinated beverage
4. Avoid spicy and oily food.
5. Intake of Antacid like Pantoprozole will be helpful
6. Ensure good intake of water : 2 to 3 liter a day
7. High fiber diet : 2 servings of vegetable salad and 2 servings of fruits especially citrus fruit will ensure adequate intake of fiber
Yes as your doctor said fatty liver can be due to cholesterol which is reversible. Continue medication.

Do consult your physician for clinical assessment if the symptoms still persist.

Wishing you great Health

Best regards
Dr Deepak
