Brief Answer:
nature of cyst should be assessed

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. The ultrasound report you have attached shows a right ovarian cyst with internal septa. Septated ovarian cyst can be benign or malignant. It can be a dermoid cyst, endometrioma, haemorrhagic cyst or any cancerous cyst.
She should get a CT scan and blood CA 125 levels to assess the nature of cyst.
benbenign, then she can go for laparoscopic removal, otherwise she has to go for open surgery.

Brief Answer:
Antibiotics not helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, thanks for responding. The dermoid or haemorrhagic cyst are not infective pathology, and cannot be prevented by any antibiotics. It is due to abnormal division of cells in the ovary and cannot be prevented or predicted.
