Brief Answer:
These symptoms are occurring most likely due to akathisia due to Quetiapine

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. Quetiapine is an antipsychotic drug and the drug is not a conventional sleep medicine, it is some times used for sleep in patients of bipolar disorder or depressive disorders. You are taking the drug 50 mg daily and occasionally 100 mg. Most likely the drug is causing akathisia which is resulting in feelings of restlessness and unusual feeling in body. In my opinion if the symptoms are tolerable then no need to worry and continue to take the drugs as per prescribed doses and don't take more than 50 mg doses for sleep. Use of drugs like low dose benzodiazepines as Clonazepam or Lorazepam along with Quetiapine can help to reduce these symptoms. Consult with your doctor for detailed prescription.

Thanks, I hope this helps you. Please don't hesitate to ask again if you have more doubts.
