What Causes Regular Semen Discharge While Urinating?
Question: 1.Somthing is coming out like gel in regular day time.
2.During the sex sperm are coming out so early.
3.Sometimes from last 2week its feel like sperms coming out from penis but nothing happened in real so its so disturbing for regular day to day work.
Plz suggest me is there anything serious and How to control these things.

I can understand your concern. Sperm and semen formation in body is a continuous process. If an individual is not engaged in sexual activities or masturbation then some time in early morning slight semen can through the urine. This is considered as absolutely normal doesn't carry any pathological significance. So if the secretion through urine is not very frequent then no need to worry.
Regarding early ejaculation during sex, this could be occurring due to some anxiety or hyper excitation. If the early ejaculation is resulting in significant distress then you should consult a psychiatrist for help. Medicines of SSRI group like Dapoxetine can help to delay ejaculation and solve your problem. The drug is commonly used on SOS basis only during need. Visit a psychiatrist for prescription.
The third problem is also occurring due to anxiety and Dhat syndrome which I've described in first paragraph. Improvement of anxiety will solve the problem.
