What Causes Red Spots With Burning Sensation On Wrist?
Question: last night around 11 pm a sudden rush appear , above my right wrist , the size of a 10 cent coin sporadic red spots with a burning sensation and a small cut ,like small sore not visible blisters for now , I had oral sex unprotected tow weeks ago , please let me know if that is herpes like symptoms, thank you

Nothing serious to be worried.
Oral sex carries a very low risk for STD/HIV.
Your rashes did not fit with STD/HIV.
It also did not seem to be related to Herpetic lesion at present. Sometimes if it follows with bullous eruption in the subsequent days, it may be likely to fit with Herpes zoster, once again not fit with sexually transmitted Herpes simplex infection.
Other possibilities are:
1. Insect bite or contact allergy
2. Any other contact allergy
3. Urticaria
4. Dermatitis of other etiology
Consult a Dermatologist. He/she will examine you with local inspection of the lesion, he/she will guide you further for investigations and treatment.
