Brief Answer:
Looks like STI

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

I have received the picture of your lesions and thank you for the same.

The lesions on your penis seem like sexually transmitted infection? Did you have any unprotected and/or promiscuous sexual intercourse recently? If so, when? How long are you having these ulcers?

The red spots you mention are the ulcers on the penis - two are on the glans and one is on the prepuce. I had asked you whether this ulcers are painful or painless. Pain factor plays a key role in diagnosis of ulcers on penis. Though prima facae they appear to be due to Syphilis, the correct diagnosis can be done by a blood test. Please get your VDRL test done on your blood and then inform me. Please keep in mind that the ulcers of Syphilis just vanish without any treatment also. However, it does not mean that the infection has been cured. It goes in the blood and then may affect the vital organs, sometimes threatening the life or leading to infertility. However, Syphilis can be completely cured So even if the ulcers appear to be healed, please get the VDRL test done.

May be VDRL test could be negative as it takes some time for it to become positive. In that case, you may get the discharge from the ulcers examined in the laboratory. Also, your sexual partner's VDRL test will be a good clue.

The other possibility is of Scabies, which usually heal up within few days, still requires treatment.

Once we reach to the diagnosis, please remember, both the sexual partners will have to undergo the treatment. Till that, even during the treatment also, please observe complete sexual abstinence.

I am waiting for your requested reports and the further information I had asked for.
