What Causes Red Spots On Legs?

Question: I started the combination, alendronate and calciferol 3 weeks ago {one tablet a week). Now have circular dark red spots about the size of a dime o my legs. This a.m. I have one really dark quarter size almost necrotic looking. I get a huge rash from Sulfs/trimethoprim red circles about 3 inches in diameter.
I have been taking Cephalexin 500mg daily as UTI prevention. I am 89.
My question is what do you think is going on?

Probably you have developed fixed drug eruption. upload a photograph of the involved area.

Hello
Thanks for the photograph.
It is looking like fixed drug eruption.
Probably you have developed reaction to cephalexin.
It's better to stop cephalexin and change over to another antibiotic, also take an antihistamine tablet.
Apply fluticasone cream on the lesions.
Also get your platelet levels checked.
