Question: My husband breaks out with big red bumps on his torso, arms, head and face between the months of January thru may. They can be painful and sometimes itchy. He's been to several doctors and none have helped him

Hi,
This could be pointing towards a Connective tissue disorder.
I would get a better idea if you could upload a photograph of the bump. This would help me understand what the likely cause would be.
I suggest you get evaluated by a Rheumatologist if your Dermatologist has cleared you. Your husband should be under therapy of both these Specialists to get to the root cause of these eruptions and then the favored course of management.
