Brief Answer:
kindly reply to questions

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
I have read your query and understood your concern.
I have seen the attached pic also.
Thanks for attaching the pic.

I could see multiple pigmented raised lesions over the area.
I will like to know the following details :
1 ) how does the lesion start?
2) it is painful or itchy?
3) whether it is ever pus filled or just raised lesions?
4) does it resolve spontaneously or you need to take some medications?
5) in how much time does it heal to leave scar?

Kindly get back to me with reply of the above questions and if possible attach one close pic of the lesion so that I can visualizeĀ it better.

good luck.

The lesions appears out of nowhere ..most times I get to notice it while in the bath. It is neither painful, itchy nor filled with pus..I guess it's just a raised lesions and it does resolve spontaneously. As long as I don't peel it, it does dries up but that can take a while and when it does dry up, another one comes up.

Brief Answer:
perforating disorders is possibility

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
I have read your query and understood your concern.

It seems you are suffering from a condition called perforating disorders.
it is a condition of skin characterized by largely asymptomatic raised lesions involving the body.
These lesions may redolve spontaneously leaving scars.

For this, I usually advice my patients to go for skin biopsy so as to confirm the diagnosis.
Once diagnosis is confirmed, topical medications containing potent steroids without or with salicylic acid are given.
if required or no contraindications, oral isotretinoin is also considered.

I will advice you to get skin biopsy from an expert dermatologist for confirmation of diagnosis so that correct treatment can be started.
I hope it helps.
if you have further query you may ask me.
Stay healthy.
