I am facing acne problem from last one year or more in shoulders, face , back and some time itching issue is there. So pls provide some resolution to this

I am Dr. kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.
You seem to have inflammatory acne. Inflammatory acne may itch or pain and may affect face as well as chest, shoulders and trunk as all these areas are rich in sebaceous glands
I suggest you to use topical benzoyl peroxide gel (2.5% or 3.5% for face and 4% or 5% on trunk), twice daily.
In addition I usually also suggest oral treatment for moderate to severe grade of inflammatory acne...either Oral Isotretinoin Or Oral antibiotics e.g one of either Azithromycin 250-500mg or Doxycycline 100mg or Minocycline 100mg.
You may also take a few sessions of salicylic acid chemical peeling in addition for faster results.
These are prescription medications and I suggest you to talk to your local practitioner regarding the same.
