The bumps appeared about 3 weeks ago and they go away in 3-5 days. They are not painful, they appear in the same location, they are white and yes I have dipped tobacco in that area.

Brief Answer:
Irritation and keratosis..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome back..

As per your answers the recurring bumps seems to be due to friction over the mucosa with the dipping tobacco..
It can also be due to Keratosis ( excess of keratin deposition) which occurs as a protective phenomenon to the mucosa..

You should completely stop dipping tobacco as it can be very harmful and can even lead to Oral cancer..

As of now it does not look serious but still would recommend you to once get yourself evaluated by an Oral Surgeon..

Please write back for further queries..

Hope this helps..

Regards..
