What Causes Recurrent Pain In The Lower Right Abdomen?

Question: Today i have pain in lower colon area and in back side and its coming and going , i went to washroom twice and dont have loose motion, motion was fine but dont know why there is pain, can you recommend any medicine and reason behind.

Hi ,
You are reporting to have pain in lower colon and in back side, without bowel movement disturbance.
Your symptoms may be related with :
- urinary sludge and infection
- IBS
Otherwise meantime I suggest to :
- use antispasmodic drugs like butischopalamine
- use simethicone to decrease gas forming
- use warm compress in abdominal area to improve your symptoms

What about stool urge after 5 hours of eating and stomach having cramps and gases and urge to go to washroom just after eating.

Hi back,
All your symptoms may be related with IBS , especially if it starts after eating.
Otherwise if the symptoms continue more than 3 weeks than I would suggest to do :
- colonoscopy
- abdominal ultrasound
