Brief Answer:
Possibility of chromosomal abnormalities

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns. Looking at the scenario this looks like there is repeated chromosomal abnormalities in the embryo. These chromosomal abnormalities lead to recurrent abortion, anembryonic pregnancy, missed abortion with missed heart beat.

Best option would be to go ahead with IVF and Preimplantation Genetic Screening (PGS) of embryos.

PGS will help in identifying chromosomally normal embryos and transferring them to your wife so that such repeated abortion is prevented.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Hi Doctor, also would like to add on in her 3rd pregnancy doctor had advised her to take aspirin 75 mg additionally . Now the doctor is advising her to take low molecular heparin(LMH) injections when she conceives next but we are sceptical about these injections.

Does PGS ensure the foetus wouldnt develop any chromosomal abnormalities & also would these injections like LMH still be rquired even when if we would go with IVF.

Could you suggest some good fertility clinics near Whitefield in XXXXXXX where these could be performed.

Since she had abortion on 27th April , how long should we be waiting before the next pregnancy.

Brief Answer:
PGS will help you

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

LMWH are heparin injections and are not required for everyone. PGS will ensure that normal embryos are transferred. These are not necessary after PGS.

you can start trying IVF and PGS after 2 months of abortion.

You can meet me for this process in XXXXXXX Following is my address :
