What Causes Rashes Under The Right Breast When Diagnosed With Shingles?
Question: I had shingles in July of this year, on Friday September 2 I pulled a muscle in my right side lifting a box. This morning I have noticed a rash in the area of the pulled muscle and it goes from my right side towards under my right breast. Could the shingles I had in July be reactivated in a different area?

I have reviewed it and the nature doesn't suggest shingles at this time. I will like to review another image in 48hours so as to be sure that there are no new developments suggestive of shingles.
For pains, I will recommend tylenol for now. Also, local pain creams are also encouraged.

The rash goes to the spine from that level. Could it be just from the muscle i pulled along the rib?
