What Causes Rash On Back Of Upper Thigh?

Question: i may have herpes? Noticed a "rash" on the back of my upper thigh. There are no ulcers soars. No pain.About three months ago had a small pimple on inner thigh.

I have checked the image and it does not seem to be due to herpes or shingles. Let me assure you that if it is painless, you can rest assured that it is not herpes. Moreover, herpes lesions look like boils and are fluid filled.

Try taking cetirizine tablet once daily for a few days. It should provide relief. If it does not, try applying candid (clotrimazole) lotion over the affected area(s) a few times a day. I hope your complaint would be resolved.
