At this time I would suggest you to get the heart rate, Blood pressure and respiratory rate recorded to understand the criticality of the situation. I would suggest you to get quick evaluation at an urgent clinic nearby.
A lot of times it could be an acute stress or anxiety attack that results in similar symptoms at this age, but I would warrant to rule out the unobvious reasons .
