Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX, Welcome to HCM..

I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

Now , to clarify further please try answer the following questions so that I can guide you in a better way-

Since when are you having this pain ?

Where does it hurt the most ? is it the lower back(hip region) or the lower abdominal region ?

Is the area tender(painful in touch) /hot/ red/ any swelling ?

Any previous surgical history ? Any history of trauma to back / history of fall ?

Any other medical illness apart from this ? Are you on any other medications apart from Tylenol ?

When was the last time you're investigated(as a part of preventive health check-up) and how were those results ?

By "Sick to my stomach"- do you mean vomiting also? if yes , then how many times till now (apporx), how was the color of the vomitus ?

Any loose motion ? How is your bowel habit ?

Now these might look like a lot of questions, but necessary to narrow down the problem here, so please take your time and answer them..

As of now, from your description, there can be few possibilities i.e. Kidney stone, Acid-Peptic disease/duodenal ulcer , Neuro-muscular damage , back muscle spasm or even a slipped disc and the list goes on....

If it's unbearable despite Tylenol and you're feeling weaker, then I'd strongly suggest you to go to your nearest Urgent Care/ ER for immediate medical attention as well as physical examination and further investigations like Heamogram, electrolytes assessment, Liver & Renal function test as well as an USG whole abdomen at the earliest..

Don't hesitate to ask for help, if you feel at all like anything I've just mentioned as timely intervention will not only diagnose and treat you , but also will help in any delayed complications..

Let me know if there's any further queries..

Take Care
Kind Regards
