Question: Good evening Dr..Am 30 yrs of age and 32 weeks 1 day pregnant. Now am feeling pain all around the pelvic religion;lower abdominal ,& back area.Frequently getting uterine contractions in lower abdominal region.Sometimes pain in upper abdominal area and at times shooting pain to vaginal area also.Also felling heaviness in pelvic religion.Am getting baby movements.Any thing to worry??Need to consult my gynac??Had H/O missed abortion,ectopic pregnancy ..A threatened abortion in this pregnancy too.BP is 90/60mrng.Am also feeling very tried also

Do you have any kind of vaginal leaking?

You have BP 90/60 which is also on lower side.
As you have history of missed abortion, ectopic pregnancy and threatened abortion, I think you should consult your gynac.
