Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Epstein barr virus is a benign viral infection which mostly self resolves in a week. Now last night pain in knee, hip and back with fever and constant need to urinate needs evaluation. It could be a urinary tract infection causing this urge and that can cause a radiating pain to above three body parts you mentioned. Pain in knee , hip and back could be age related articular degeneration and arthralgia and can be supportively managed with some over the counter pain killers like tylenol. I would like you to visit your local physician, let them run some labs and evaluate and correlate these symptoms for possible cause. EBV is highly unlikely to be connected to these discomforts.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
